THE LAPTOP DUDES WARRANTY/SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

NO REFUNDS: No refunds or credits will be issued after purchase. NO RETURNS, exchange only within 24 hour time period. Any items exchanged may be charged a 15% restocking fee. This fee applies for items less than $1,000.00, and on items over $1,000.00 an 10% restocking fee may apply.

 

All new products are covered under the regular terms of the manufacturer and must be handled by the OEM. Refurbished merchandise is covered for a specific time period noted on your warranty receipt. Any defects resulting from user software installs or repairs from unauthorized agents are not covered by any service warranty. COMPUTERS LEFT ON PREMISES FOR MORE THAN 90 DAYS WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED: Any computers left on premises for more than 90 days will be considered abandoned and may be sent to a recycling center. You agree that no compensation is due to you or your company if you decide to abandon your equipment.

 

AGREE TO RISK OF DATA LOSS: Any activity involving transfer of data or data files, due to service or repair are at risk of being lost. Please make current backups before servicing any items. THE LAPTOP DUDES are not responsible for any consequences resulting from data loss.
